We seem to be experiencing intermittent problems with the WorldPay payment process with some customers reporting that their browsers are hanging while trying to make a payment.
We have also had instances where the payment has been actioned but no confirmation has been returned back to the Survey Galaxy website resulting in the order not being processed.
We apologise for this inconvenience and would like to reassure everyone that we are aware of the problem and are working with WorldPay to try and trace and resolve the problem.
